Role Overview
Perform clinical assessments via telephone calls to evaluate injured workers
Communicate with claims examiners, clients, attorneys, and injured workers
Identify and solve issues related to recovery and return to work
Negotiate treatment and disability duration with providers
Requirements
Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
Certification in case management or rehabilitation nursing preferred
