Collaborate with Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Trust Advisors and Planners to execute and monitor sales and service initiatives across multiple Private Bank offices.
Influence and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for all Private Banking disciplines
Analyze performance metrics and identify coaching needs, operational inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities.
Guide the design and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs
Partner with regional leaders to create and implement performance improvement plans
Act as the point of contact with internal partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Serve as a resource for systems, tools, and processes that enhance Wealth Advisor productivity
Bridge communication between Private Bank team and internal partners
Monitor adherence to regulatory, risk, and operational policies
Drive or support initiatives aimed at improving team effectiveness and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
More than 5 years of experience in Private Banking, sales enablement, or training roles
Strong understanding of wealth management principles and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
