- Healthcare (Patient Journey) Experience
- Insurance/Reimbursement Benefits Proficiency
- Pharmacy and/or Medical Benefit Structures
- Mac iOS or Windows Operating Experience
- Ability to remain calm and agile in fast-paced, evolving environment
