Oversight and accountability for the clinical performance of the APP team, quality reviews, coaching, teaching, and supporting new hires
Accountability for key performance indicators for your team, including utilization outcomes (e.g. Observed/Expected events and costs), accurate documentation, and Stars
Leading and maintaining a strong team culture, being a standard-bearer for collaboration and agility
Oversight of APP schedules including management of time off, monitoring schedule density and Outreach Coordinator team in patient scheduling changes
Recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new Gold Care APP clinicians
Working closely with interdisciplinary team co-leaders to identify needs, problem solve, and solution for improvements within the team
Coordinating and facilitating ongoing education to existing staff and an onboarding experience for new teammates

An active and clear RN and APRN license or Physician Assistant license and/or the ability to get licensed in multiple states is required at time of hire and must be maintained while employed at Devoted Medical
Three or more years working as an APRN or Physician Assistant with experience in primary care, house calls, internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, and/or palliative care
Previous management or team leadership experience
Able to travel 2-3 times / year for focused leadership retreats, shadowing of teams, and CPA meetings
