Prepare and manage project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders.
Track and control job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews.
Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and materials for assigned projects.
Perform plan and specification takeoffs for new construction and re-roofing projects.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding scheduling, progress, and project needs.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and inventory management on assigned projects.
Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings and complete all required project closeout documentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
Experience in commercial construction, with a demonstrated background supporting a Project Manager or project management team throughout the full project lifecycle—not limited to administrative tasks.
Working knowledge of the commercial construction process, including vendor coordination, subcontractor communication, and contract-based bid work for commercial services.
Working knowledge of project execution, including scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and field coordination.
Commercial roofing experience is a strong plus.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn or utilize project management and estimating software.
Ability to read basic blueprints and understand specifications.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to climb ladders and for pre-construction meetings and site visits.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
