About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as a liaison between the organization’s internal and external clients
- Oversee the loan process from start to finish
- Provide customer service by communicating with borrowers about loan programs
- Review and audit mortgage file documentation
- Ensure structure of the loan presents the best program based on borrower’s financial circumstances
- Communicate loan program and costs with borrowers
- Input feed for disclosures and set up loans to fit borrower’s needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
- 3-5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS, preferred
- Prior underwriting experience, a plus
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and all mortgage and consumer regulations
- Excellent math and analytics skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
