Works in collaboration with management of a specific program or group of programs in a specialty/functional area including scheduling and budgeting activities.
Collaborates with program leaders to implement the program's objectives in support of identified goals and the continuous improvement process to monitor the program's effectiveness.
Mobilizes stakeholders in support of continuous improvement to the program.
Facilitates interdepartmental activities ensuring ongoing effective program operation and/or implementation.
Identifies opportunities to enhance or expand the program and presenting proposals to management.
May lead teams in support of the program's objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years experience with program support; including three (3) years in program/project coordination in a professional capacity.
Two (2) years experience working on quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams; including data collection, analysis and reporting.
Proven record of project completion, program planning, execution and status reporting.
Experience successfully developing relationships across the organization.
