Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of relevant business and insight experience (marketing/advertising/planning/market research)
Strong team leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing others
Strong aptitude for research consulting with highly developed analytic skills
Ability to think strategically about the clients’ business issues and design research to address the client’s questions
Highly motivated, self-directed and possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
Superior organizational skills, including ability to manage and delegate work effectively, attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Google Docs a plus
