Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya’s revenue and profit objectives.
Identify market trends and competition strategies that will assist in the development and execution of the territory sales plan.
Makes physical (in office) and touch calls (e.g., Phone, email) to Eye Care Professional accounts within your assigned geographic territory for the purpose of generating sales and building enduring customer relationships.
The call day begins and ends commensurate with the times that accounts will see representatives.
Prepare annual call plan, route plans, daily physical call plans to optimize use of time.
Deliver product training and education to ECP’s and their staff
Administration time (including time for reporting and planning) should be handled within the daily routine at either the beginning and/or end of business day and between calls.
Execute Hoya’s marketing programs and promotions
Fabricate long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers
Complete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner
Requirements
Post Secondary Degree, College Diploma or relevant experience
3-5 years of related sales experience
Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & quota attainment
Ability to travel extensively by car and air within your assigned territory with travel overnight and/or on weekends for trade/industry events, as required
