About this role
Role Overview
Deliver principals’ volume, share, and sales fundamental goals.
Communicate principals’ priorities to various managers to ensure in-store presence and objectives are met.
Report directly to the General Manager or Team Leader.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals and customers.
Coordinate communication between General Managers and key principals.
Coordinate market visits and account calls.
Leverage insights to develop sales presentations.
Provide feedback on principals’ strategies and selling programs.
Maintain current account distribution information.
Proactively manage personal skill development plan.
Ensure compliance with procedures and manage financial aspects of the role.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
A proven track-record in sales; preferably with a food broker or national company.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations.
Proficient in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function.
Willing to travel.
