Perform in-depth actuarial analyses for automobile and home insurance pricing to support rate adjustments, segmentation, or algorithm updates
Monitor key performance indicators to guide strategic adjustments in response to market dynamics
Contribute to rate indications and provide recommendations based on thorough actuarial analyses
Convert the large volume of available data into actionable insights and concrete recommendations
Communicate the findings of your analyses and provide recommendations
Participate in pricing projects or process improvement initiatives that have a significant impact on our products
Support the development and mentoring of fellow actuarial analysts
Represent the actuarial function in multidisciplinary working groups.

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
Actively pursuing CAS or ICA exams — on the path to ACAS/FCAS and/or AICA/FICA
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using software and analytical tools
Known for rigor and meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team
