About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
Minimum 3 years in Building Automation.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
