Identify and secure top-tier real estate sites for development
Manage the full development lifecycle: site selection, LOI negotiation, due diligence, and coordination through store opening
Partner with franchisees to support market planning and pipeline execution
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and municipalities
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, construction, finance) to ensure timely deal execution
Track and report on pipeline progress and key performance metrics

3+ years of real estate development experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or QSR
Strong negotiation and project management skills
Experience working with both corporate and franchise models
Proven ability to manage multiple deals across regions
Must be willing to travel up to 30%
