About this role
Role Overview
Manage assigned accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
Ensure long-lasting client relationships
Regularly engage with clients to provide updates and gather feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Work closely with the territory manager to develop and execute sales plans
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region/territory
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred
2-10+ years of relevant experience in Vertical Packaging Equipment required
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Proven track record of success in managing a sales territory and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
Must be willing/able to travel 75% of the time
