Responsible for the design, development and production of marketing & campaign materials including web, email/CRM, social, display, national and regional advertising, and other collateral elements
Work closely with internal departments and key vendors in developing design standards for the company
Collaborate with internal creative team to concept and develop marketing campaigns and style guides/design systems
Execute proof corrections within the time frame dictated by the schedule
Responsible for the selection and editing of photographic assets and photo retouching
Create infographics and other engaging content to help explain our processes and advance our nurture streams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in art/graphic design, Marketing, Communications or related field
6-12 years’ experience
Must have a proven track record delivering creative solutions from concept through final execution
Must have a strong, digitally focused portfolio
Figma expert
Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing and photo retouching/manipulation experience
Partner cross-functionally, flexibility, ability to handle change in a fast-paced environment, self-starter/proactive, prioritization, problem solving/trouble shooting
