Identify evolving business needs related to improving operational and financial performance and translate those needs into actionable strategies and solutions.
Own and lead operational transformation efforts within the non-acute business to improve performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Maintain ownership of regional sales performance, including pipeline development, forecasting, renewals, and new growth opportunities.
Enable and equip account management teams to effectively position Vizient solutions, articulate value, and advance complex sales opportunities.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability of custom engagements.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing account management teams focused on accountability, execution, and customer impact.
