About this role
Role Overview
- Perform a valuable role in building a strong partnership with club retailers including Sam’s Club and BJ’s
- Develop and implement analytics and insights to deliver against company, category, and customer priorities
- Lead the development and communication of Category Management foundations and directives across the organization for the assigned categories
- Establish clear Category Management strategies based on industry trends and consumer insights
- Leverage various data sources to create dynamic presentations
- Serve as an expert in translating internal knowledge into actionable insights
- Collaborate with account and cross‑functional teams to develop solutions
- Establish and deliver best-in-class merchandising recommendations
- Assist with research and lead projects delivering category solutions
- Develop category reviews, line reviews, promotion analyses, new-item trackers, and related deliverables
- Leverage data tools for delivering reporting and insights
- Actively manage large datasets and build or maintain advanced analytical reports and interactive dashboards
Requirements
- 5 years of consumer packaged goods experience is preferred with a focus on Health & Wellness / Nutritional Supplements
- High School Diploma is required
- Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office (very strong Excel/PowerPoint)
- Experience managing large datasets and building reports
- Prior experience working with Circana/Nielsen syndicated and panel data preferred
- JDA experience preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable with around 25% overnight travel
