Design for growth: Own the end-to-end design of web assets and experiences focused on driving acquisition—think marketing sites, landing pages, campaign pages, paid ad flows, and lead-gen experiences.
Optimize conversion funnels: Craft, test, and iterate on design elements that drive signups, account creation, email capture, and player engagement.
Create marketing visuals: Produce high-quality visuals for product launches, ad campaigns, email templates, and social media—always on-brand and optimized for performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align design with business goals and KPIs.
Lead A/B testing efforts: Design testable experiences and analyze outcomes to inform future design decisions.
Build and maintain design systems: Extend our design system across marketing assets and customer-facing surfaces with consistency and polish.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product or marketing design, with a strong focus on responsive web and performance-driven design
A portfolio that demonstrates clean visual design, marketing intuition, and conversion-minded UX
Expertise in Figma; bonus for motion/interactive prototyping tools
Experience designing and optimizing landing pages, marketing flows, and acquisition campaigns
Strong grasp of growth metrics and how design impacts user behavior
Familiarity with A/B testing, performance tracking, and iterative design
