Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies that impact multiple brands within the oncology umbrella.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, organized accounts teams, and data analytics.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Prepare and present strategic plans, business cases, and performance reports to senior leadership.
Partner with BU leaders to develop business strategies.
Identify key strategic imperatives and capabilities required to achieve these imperatives.
Lead a portfolio of projects that provide insight and direction for key strategic levers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant healthcare experience required.
Experience working in or with commercial functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives.
Proven track record of strong performance, teamwork, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues from multiple functional areas.
Strong execution and project management skills, with the ability to work proactively and under tight timelines.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities.
Experience leading cross-functional workstreams with senior colleagues preferred.
Experience in the oncology marketplace preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and lead with indirect authority.
