Gather and articulate the department’s analytics needs, document requirements, and prioritize needs in partnership with department leadership
Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including in-house Global Development analysts and IT, to deliver on departmental reports and analytics outcomes
Guide and support the development and management of a new analytics governance team, partnering with Philanthropy Effectiveness, Global Development, and IT
Provide training and support to business users to drive the adoption of existing and new reports in platforms such as Power BI
Use curated reports, dashboards, and datasets to answer business questions and identify trends
Lead the Philanthropy Operations & Performance analytics team in leveraging existing reports and data tables to synthesize and package insights for various audiences, including senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience
Experience in planning and delivering budgetary responsibilities
Experience managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team
Experience developing, managing and implementing multiple projects and strategic goals
Experience working across complex organizations
Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple organizational levels
Experience, coursework, or other training in principles, practices, and procedures of business intelligence and data governance
