Role Overview
Partner with field sales and clinical teams to execute sales activities
Lead in-service activities and support expansion and growth within Sedation Management business
Work under direction of the Regional Business Manager
Enable more selling time in executing sales activities and providing sales support
Assist / lead in-service activities related to disposables and/or hardware within a key customer base
Install necessary equipment/hardware and perform functional/safety tests
Drive expansion of ACM products within the territory and coordinate with other stakeholders
Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization as a high priority
Support conversions / sales efforts outside of the region as needed
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of sales experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years of sales experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience
Minimum of 1-3 years’ previous field sales experience preferred
Prior medical device, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred
Knowledge of sales techniques typically gained through education and / or on the job learning
Introductory knowledge of company products and services
Demonstrable, consistent success in previous roles indicated by a high level of performance
Strong customer focus in delivering sales and building relationships
Understanding of vendor, distributor, hospital supply chain management
Willingness to travel to support conversions for extended periods of time
Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
Hardworking driven individual with effective persuasion skills
