Role Overview

• Own and align your zone's marketing strategy with business goals
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline and support Growth Room initiatives
• Provide insights by collecting customer intelligence
• Execute localized marketing initiatives
• Measure and optimize impact by tracking marketing influence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field with min. 3 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of Sales or field marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong influencing skills
• Highly autonomous and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel regularly within your zone (approx. 20–30%)
