Lead strategic executive communications for the functional area’s Technology Leadership Team (TLT) member (e.g. town halls, email messages, select external engagements).
Develop storytelling approaches surrounding key TLT-level priorities to share within the functional area as well as across Technology.
Communicate business objectives effectively across audiences in the Technology functional area and collaborate on extending messaging to business partners.
Assess and selectively support high-value external engagements for Technology functional area leaders in partnership with Global Corporate Affairs.
Partner with Technology Communications and other teams to ensure consistent, impactful messaging.
Measure impact of communications efforts and report outcomes to leadership.
Develop and maintain relationships with the Technology functional area’s leadership team and partners to support effective delivery of communications efforts.
Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of inclusion, learning, and adaptability.
Foster a resilient team culture by modeling and upholding team norms and commitments.
Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
Establish and maintain feedback loops with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with Change Management to build and support change champion networks within the functional area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in communications supporting executive level stakeholders.
Strong strategic communications experience, including implementing communications strategies, managing organizational communications, multi-channel storytelling, executive communications, and external communications.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on metrics.
Understanding of technology, eagerness to embrace digital innovation, and ability to grasp complex topics.
Familiarity with AI/automation tools for communications and workflow.
Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.
Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and ability to lead and motivate through influence.
