Role Overview
- Support full life-cycle management of requirements and specifications.
- Support multiple project-level initiatives and maintain the backlog for assigned products.
- Function as subject matter expert to collect complete and accurate business requirements.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams and requirements.
- Analyze, review, and document the requirements of a project throughout the lifecycle.
- Create and present functional and technical requirements to business and IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required plus 10 years experience.
- 8 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodology.
- Powerful problem solving, applied reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
