Prepare materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings.
Coordinate key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams.
Assist in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools.
Monitor compliance activities.
Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements, as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
Project management process knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
Ability to travel up to 10% across the year for team retreats & events.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and extensive keyboard use.
