About this role

Partner closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges
Provide tools, training, and resources to help them effectively execute the go-to-market strategy
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop data-driven action plans
Plan, deliver, and manage commercial projects and programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations

5+ years experience in a commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics, process improvement, or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to innovate and streamline processes
Experience with GTM strategies, sales processes, and automation tools
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
