Support the day-to-day people operations that help our teams thrive as we continue to grow.
Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, with a dotted-line partnership to the People Business Partner team.
Support employee relations, performance management, and core HR processes with consistency, care, and attention to detail.
Be hands-on with the operational side of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations intake, performance tracking, compliance support, and offboarding.
Serve as a first point of contact for field leaders and employees on HR process questions.
Help maintain accurate documentation and systems, and support People Team initiatives that improve clarity, reduce risk, and strengthen the overall employee experience.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or People Operations, with hands-on involvement in employee relations and performance management processes.
Experience supporting employee relations matters, including intake, documentation, investigations, corrective actions, and consistent application of company policies.
Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals and HR compliance practices, including attendance management, leave administration, and final pay considerations.
Experience supporting performance management programs, including tracking PIPs, corrective actions, and review cycles.
Strong comfort working in HR systems (Workday preferred) to maintain employee records, document cases, track actions, and pull reports.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting employee and leader-facing communications.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel for tracking and reporting.
