Plan travel (domestic & international flights, hotels, and car transportation).
Process expenses and ensure appropriate spending and allocation based on the most recent URBN Travel and Expense Policy.
Prepare, edit, review PowerPoint slide decks.
Coordinate and support Brand meetings with other Executive Assistants, Building Administrator, Catering team, and Navy Yard Operations team for events.
Building strong relationships with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
Being resourceful in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to allow executives to focus their day on their strategic priorities.
Help manage the building (coordinate building problems and needs w/ facilities team, schedule labor etc.)
Requirements
1-4 years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience
