About this role
Role Overview
Own the multi-year global account plan.
Lead quarterly global governance with customer executives.
Maintain multi-level executive, operational, and technical relationships.
Integrate Esko Flexo hardware, software, services, and partner ecosystem solutions.
Negotiate global commercial frameworks and MSAs.
Drive pipeline, bookings, ARR/renewals, and multi-year revenue growth.
Manage deal economics including margin health and discount discipline.
Coordinate technical discovery, trials, and validations.
Build competitive displacement and defense strategies.
Lead collaborative account support activities across regions.
Ensure documentation integrity.
Requirements
7–10+ years strategic selling experience.
Experience selling complex hardware + software + services solutions.
Strong understanding of packaging processes and workflows, Flexo experience a plus.
Proven ability to negotiate global commercial frameworks.
Experience leading collaborative account support activities across regions.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
