Regulatory Affairs Program Manager

Role Overview

• The Regulatory Affairs Program Manager supports the development, oversight, and implementation of regulatory programs
• Provides leadership and expertise across multiple program areas
• Serves as strategic partners to internal departments, facilitating cross-functional enterprise coordination
• Maintains the infrastructure, documentation, and workflows that support regulatory alignment and organizational accountability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience interacting with federal and/or state regulatory agencies
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or Managed Care
• Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating or overseeing implementation of contract requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Administration, Analytics, or related degree
