Design digital and print assets across a wide variety of touchpoints, including web, social, experiential (exhibit materials), merchandise (company store), and print (reports, flyers, infographics)
Manage design templates for presentations, marketing collateral, and social
Contribute to design libraries, such as iconography and photography
Create motion assets, including video (editing, not filming), animation, and motion graphics
Generate drafts and mockups of proposed designs and make revisions based on reviews by Creative Director and/or internal clients
Collaborate with Brand Strategy and the larger Communications team, Marketing, Business Development, People, and other key functions to fill creative needs
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Manage uploading process and governance for materials to CMS, internal storage, and DAM
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in graphic design or related field
Strong design skills across digital, print, and motion
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other relevant field
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Wordpress
Experience with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use them ethically and appropriately
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to self-organize and operate autonomously
Understanding of accessibility best practices
Direct experience in hands-on design production work
