About this role

The instructional designer must be able to demo all aspects of Labflow and Spark
Understand specific customer needs
Highlight how those needs are best addressed within the platform
Create prototypes and mockups to demonstrate how the product will be able to address specific needs
Document all aspects of the adoption and ensure tasks are completed before the start of the semester
Ensure course materials are accurate and collected from the instructor
Conduct a review of Initial Course with the instructor
Create a course delivery timeline
Coordinate the scheduled events and maintain the Course Adoption Playbook

Bachelor's degree
Experience teaching college-level introductory courses
Computer/tech savvy
Skilled using spreadsheets, including the use of formulas
Excellent communication skills over email, phone, and in-person
Experience in instructional design
Experience in educational content creation
Experience creating educational materials using text and formula markup languages such as LaTeX, JSON, JavaScript, and HTML
