Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company compensation functions.
Conduct job evaluation and salary surveys, establish salary structures, review job descriptions, develop salary budgets and prepare policies and procedures.
Work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess competitive labor market trends.
Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state legislation that may affect compensation policies.
Act as a subject matter expert for leadership on complex compensation matters.
Oversee the full lifecycle of global and domestic compensation cycles.
Conduct comprehensive internal and external market analyses.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of the Compensation function utilizing AI tools.
Maintain rigorous audit processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 7 years’ related compensation experience.
Extensive experience in global compensation administration, including incentive plans and executive compensation preferred.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, market benchmarking, and financial modeling.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide clear, research-based recommendations.
Deep understanding of FLSA, local labor laws, and global compliance trends.
Ability to translate complex compensation data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors) and compensation survey platforms such as Aon Radford.
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas) and experience.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or PHR/SPHR certification is highly desirable.
Proven track record of leading projects.
