Develop and execute a comprehensive external communications strategy
Build a regular reporting cadence to measure the effectiveness of all external communications programs
Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of external communications professionals
Serve as a steward of the company’s brand image and reputation
Oversee content development for the company website, social media, and marketing collateral
Maintain a strong sense of urgency and organization to manage multiple complex projects

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in corporate communications or a similar role
At least five years in a management position
Proven track record of managing teams and developing processes
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how communications influence business outcomes
Strong knowledge of website, SEO, and content analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
A confident leader skilled in providing feedback and coaching team members
Required Systems/Software: WordPress, GA4, LinkedIn, Project management software (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com)
Desired Systems/Software: AI-powered content creation and analytics tools, SEO software, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Social media monitoring tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
