About this role
Role Overview
Report directly to the Senior Director of Talent Management.
Focus on executing and supporting initiatives that enhance Cision's talent management strategy.
Drive the performance management, employee engagement, and development frameworks.
Facilitate the annual performance and development cycle, aiding employees in goal setting, perform check-ins, and feedback collection.
Coordinate the execution of 360-degree feedback processes for senior leaders.
Assist in the execution of succession planning processes and the development of leadership pipelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in talent management or related fields within complex organizations, with a focus on performance management and employee development.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management platforms, and performance development tools is required.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
Must possess a data-driven mindset with the ability to utilize people data to derive insights and recommendations.
