Direct and supervise the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition team.
Build, lead and manage the growing recruitment team, including accountability of achieving performance requirements.
Develop and oversee Talent Acquisition strategy and programs that align with organizational goals and the core mission and values of the organization.
Advise Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring leaders on innovative strategies, effective and efficient processes and market/hiring trends.
Proactively conduct ongoing market research and analysis to have a clear understanding of industry trends in the global healthcare environment and workplace.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
A minimum of 10 years of professional and functionally relevant experience, including a minimum of five years of management experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related environment.
Master’s degree (Preferred)
Strong operations background or healthcare experience, in a large, matrixed organization.
Healthcare operations or Talent Acquisition experience in different US markets.
Proven experience managing leaders.
