Own full cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer across a wide range of roles (technical and non-technical, IC to senior levels)
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on what “great” looks like and keep searches moving
Build strong candidate pipelines, especially for hard to fill and technical roles
Manage interview processes and ensure candidates have a thoughtful, well run experience (we care a lot about the folks who are interested in working with us!)
Drive offer strategy in partnership with hiring managers and leadership
Track and analyze funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously look to improve time to fill and quality of hire metrics
Look for ways to make our hiring process better, whether that’s documentation, interview structure, or the tools we use
Requirements
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or fast moving environment
Must have experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, ML, data, platform, etc.) but comfortable working across the full business (GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of developing unique sourcing tactics to uncover and engage high quality passive talent
Clear communication and strong hiring manager partnership skills
A highly organized, detail oriented approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously
Data driven mindset, you think in funnels, metrics, and process optimization
Bias toward action and willingness to jump in wherever needed
