Role Overview
- Administer customer service functions as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
- Assist with quotations and send shipping notices to customers.
- Support Director of Sales and outside Sales staff with various tasks.
- Partner in compilation of department work instructions and maintaining databases and reports.
- Follow and comply with safety and work rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Business
- 5 years of work experience in lieu of degree
- 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Service and Administration
- Experience in Industrial Manufacturing a plus.
