Role Overview
- Develop new Treasury Management business and expand TM relationships
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and partners
- Create and execute a sales and marketing strategy
- Manage portfolio to deepen existing relationships
- Advise Relationship Managers on fee revenue decisions
- Ensure customers are leveraging appropriate cash management functions
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events
- Adhere to all risk policies and procedures
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years related experience required
- Proven sales skills (e.g. closing, client retention)
- Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Proven interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven PC skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
