Developing and implementing effective property management strategies.
Ensuring high tenant satisfaction and optimizing financial returns for property owners.
Coordinating and leading property management teams.
Collaborating with various stakeholders and maintaining a strong understanding of real estate market trends in the region.
Inspecting properties and reviewing financial, market, and operational reports to achieve results.
Collaborating with CMs and regional support services leaders to improve asset and team performance.
Implementing local and national operational initiatives.
Overseeing and managing budgets to meet or exceed financial targets.
Preparing and presenting regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends to ownership and senior management.
Fostering positive relationships with tenants and addressing their concerns promptly.
Implementing tenant retention programs, maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for property improvement and trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
Proven experience in a leadership role with managing diverse properties.
Proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page), word processing, spreadsheet, and database management applications to complete and produce required reports and other employment documents.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Abilities to create and manage stakeholder relationships.
3 years minimum of relevant experience.
Real Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred.
Industry certifications (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) also preferred.
