Managing projects from inception through execution, including resource planning, change management, and cross-functional coordination within an agile framework.
Executing omni-channel campaign components that support sales goals and business objectives.
Bringing ISD (Insurance Solutions Distribution) products, campaigns, and business priorities to life across digital outlets—including websites, social media, email supported content, advertising destinations, and virtual event experiences.
Serving as a subject matter expert on how to best use each digital channel to drive awareness, engagement, education, and sales enablement.
Partnering closely with product marketers to understand product strategies, messaging priorities, and target audiences—and converting these into effective digital executions.
Working with marketing centers of influence (content, social, web, creative, analytics, etc.) to build cohesive, aligned, and timely digital marketing deliverables.
Supporting content managers in developing and maintaining digital content that is accurate, compelling, channel appropriate, and aligned to business and compliance requirements.
Ensuring consistency of style, voice, and quality across all digital assets and experiences.
Monitoring competitive activity, market trends, and emerging digital practices to inform new content and activation ideas.
Identifying opportunities to evolve how we engage financial professionals through digital-first approaches.
Translating complex product concepts into simple, digital-ready stories that resonate with financial professionals.
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance digital execution, and improve campaign performance.
Contributing to a positive, innovative team culture aligned with Lincoln’s values and collaborative workstyle.
Requirements
5–7+ years of marketing experience, including experience executing digital content and campaigns; financial services experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adjust tone and style for different channels and audiences
Strong presentation and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder groups
Demonstrated project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to build collaborative internal relationships and partner effectively across product, sales, and marketing teams
Strong understanding of process optimization and ability to recommend workflow improvements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Completion of regulatory and required job training
