Role Overview
- Lead and organize assigned clinical studies from start‑up through closeout
- Develop and communicate project management plans, risk plans, and start‑up documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and lead client‑facing meetings
- Monitor study timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Prepare study documentation, meeting materials, and training for sponsors, CROs, and sites
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and study management systems
- Understanding of central laboratory and project management processes
- Ability to track timelines, budgets, and scope using internal tools
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability with proven success managing multiple priorities
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams
