Own full-cycle recruiting from role intake through offer, start date, and onboarding coordination
Partner closely with hiring managers to conduct new role intakes, align on requirements, and advise on hiring strategy
Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and strong reporting
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, from application to start date, including all interview scheduling and communication
Develop and continuously improve candidate assessment strategies, including interview frameworks, take-home assignments, and exercises that better evaluate skills and role fit
Elevate the overall candidate experience by creating clear, thoughtful, and engaging processes and touchpoints
Establish and document recruiting processes, best practices, and metrics to support scale
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth environments.
