Prepare and execute operational turnaround programs, integration plans and/or carve-out plans to shareholder value for clients
Participate in client engagement teams executing Value Creation to support key decision makers
Advise on all phases of methodology across integrations, carve-outs, and other transaction engagements
Provide support and advice on transactions in various industries and functional areas
Focus on identifying operational performance improvement and value creation
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds
Maintain long-term client relationships and cultivate business development opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of work experience
Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, plus 3 years of work experience
2 years of experience in operations performance improvement, private equity value creation, business integrations, or carve-outs
1 year of experience with detailed financial modeling and/or operational cost reduction analysis
1 year of experience leading client executive meetings/discussions
1 year of experience in operational due diligence and/or performance improvement
1 year of experience applying business accounting concepts, including profit and loss and Excel modeling
1 year of experience in a consulting, professional services firm, corporate, or private equity firm in mergers & acquisitions
1 year of experience leading engagement teams of 2 or more staff members
Travel required up to 80%, of which 20% may be international
