HR and Recruitment Intern

Role Overview

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment support: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers, interview schedules, and basic HR databases or files.
• Support onboarding activities by preparing documents, collecting pre-employment requirements, and assisting with orientation logistics.
• Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, managing calendars, organizing files (digital and physical), and handling routine correspondence.
• Help coordinate internal meetings, interviews, and small HR events (e.g., job fairs, orientations, engagement activities).
• Assist in preparing simple HR reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and candidate information.

Requirements

• No prior experience required
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment
• Organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
