Create and manage an Energy Team to assist in achieving energy objectives
Provide a database and energy tracking and monitoring system for facilities
Develop Key Performance Indicators to improve energy performance
Review existing energy study reports and perform high-level assessments for improvement opportunities
Review control systems and provide maintenance practices to enhance energy efficiency
Identify and recommend energy efficiency projects to senior management
Coordinate implementation of energy efficiency projects including planning and budgeting
Develop and implement a strategy for measurement & verification of energy efficiency projects
Implement employee training and awareness programs to promote energy conservation
Maintain a project registry of energy savings opportunities
Requirements
College graduate or bachelor
Register and complete the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) examination by end of the first year, and must register as a Certified Energy Manager in Training (EMIT)
A minimum of 5 years progressive energy management experience in the institutional &/or commercial as-built environment
Strong understanding of project management principles and financial oversight
Skilled in using design and wireframing tools for data visualization
Proficient with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project Schedule
