Define Platform vision and strategy
Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for platform development and innovation
Conduct research to identify market trends, customer pain points and competitive insights
Define platform objective, key results
Monitor outcome to ensure measurable impact
Partner with segment PMs, UX leads and engineering team
Drive additional value through feature enhancements, new tools / features and user testing
Lead the communication of platform performance
Actively manage and prioritise platform backlog
Set sprint goals, facilitate backlog refinement, and ensure stories are well understood and estimated
Lead planning of platform releases and coordinate defect resolution

Bachelor’s degree in computer science
certification in product management
Scaled agile framework (SAFe)
5+ years in platform management
experience in large-scale digital ecosystems
Deep understanding of digital experience platforms, architecture, and API-led integration
Strong grasp of security, privacy, and accessibility standards for global platforms
Proven leadership in engineering or platform strategy roles, ideally in global organizations
Experience managing platform roadmaps, prioritizing global demand
Hands-on exposure to DevOps, software development lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration
