Coordinate and Support Talent Programs – Manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and inquiries for global programs, including Quarterly Connect, engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and onboarding experiences.
Data & Insights – Generate dashboards and reports from systems (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, Litmos), translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support leaders with data for decision-making.
Project Management – Support planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives across the talent lifecycle; maintain project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Content & Communication – Draft branded communications, job aids, and resources to drive awareness and adoption of talent programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, L&D, employee engagement, or project coordination
Strong organizational, project management, and data analysis skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HR/talent systems (Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, Litmos, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
