Plan and monitor critical aspects of the market, such as operating expenses, staff cost budgets, the business unit’s recognition programs, client and staff event management, and internal regional communications processes;
Provide support to plan, organize and administer the VP’s calendar and ensures pre-preparation for all bookings;
Prioritize the VP’s time against the highest impact activities;
Actively manage incoming and outgoing correspondences and act as a point of contact between executives and employees/clients;
Support the VP with risk and compliance requirements, transit routines, and overall market office operations;
Prepare the VP for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews & routines, including electronic documentation management and all information reporting;
Coordinate technical aspects of on-boarding of new hires, including equipment orders and system access setup.

Requirements
Relevant years of experience providing administrative support preferably to a leadership team.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, external partners and donors.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Experience in the Financial Services sector is an asset.
