Merchandiser, Order Writer

Role Overview

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication & relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
• Represent Mondelēz brands in stores
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
• Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
• Order product for shelves and displays
• Ensure leading brands are represented and maintained
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location
